Welcome to Gemméterna. By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Customized Products

Each Gemméterna diamond is custom-made to reflect your unique story. As such, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed.

2. Production and Delivery

Please allow adequate time for the production of your personalized diamond. Estimated timelines is 9 months. Delays due to external factors (e.g. shipping carriers, customs) are outside our control.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, imagery, designs, and logos on this site are the property of Gemméterna and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

4. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec, Canada, and any disputes will be handled within the relevant jurisdiction.
